Mitigation is performed in an attempt to prevent further damage, and remove or clean parts of the property, to prep it for inspection and/or repairs.

As soon as an incident happens you should call us. The sooner we start the process, the better chances we have to prevent further damage to the property.

Mitigation is typically covered by your homeowners insurance unless the claim is denied.

Do I have to leave my home during mitigation?2019-05-23T16:03:56+00:00

Depending on the size of the loss, you may have to leave the home for a few days. Typically with small losses, we can set up our equipment and perform mitigation without you having to leave.
